PROPER TRAIL ETIQUETTE

Ride only on designated and signed ORV trails, routes, and areas.
Remember that designated trails are open to other users. Be courteous to other riders and hikers on the trail.
Be aware of two-way traffic, and stay to the right.
If you meet bikers, horses, and hikers coming from the opposite direction, slow down, pull over, and yield the right-of-way.
Always yield to uphill traffic. Uphill traffic may have difficulty starting again if it stops.
Slow down when someone is passing you.
If you stop to talk to others on the trail, be polite and remove your helmet. A helmet masks your features and can be intimidating.
Be safe and considerate when you stop along the trail. Never stop side-by-side, in the middle of the trail, at the crest of a hill, or around a corner on the trail. Also, never block an intersection. Remember to shut off your engine.
Leave gates as you find them.
Report downed trees and trail maintenance needs to land managers.
Carry out what you carry in.

You are still required to watch the same safety video at the time of your rental but here is a link to do a bit more studying while you're at home to ensure a safe and fun ride!

Helmets are REQUIRED at all times and provided if you do not have your own. If you have your own helmets that does not have a face shield protective eye wear is required.
Seat belts MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
Depending on the month and season during summer weather; jeans, t-shirts and boots are idea. Fall season; bundle, bundle, bundle. An extra pair of clothes for after your ride is recommended.
NOTE: You will get dirty, bring a spare of clothes.

You may ride through town on the far right, no side walks, lawns or private property at 25 mph.

HAND SIGNALS

On the trails, if you pass other ORVs you will hold up however many fingers of however many riders are behind. Example: Holding up the #1 means there is 1 other rider behind you. #2 means two more riders. The last rider of the group will hold a fist up for other rides to know that is the end of your group. DRIVER ONLY uses these signals. Turning right is a a 90 degree angle of your left arm and a left turn is an extended left arm. Don't worry! We will explain when you arrive!

ANY FLIP, TIP, ROLL OVER, RZR PUT ON SIDE OF ANY SORT IS AUTOMATIC LOSS OF DEPOSIT

RULES/POLICIES

Must be 21+ with valid drivers license to rent and 18+ with valid drivers license to operate.
ALL PASSENGERS/RIDERS MUST BE PRESENT AT CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Seats up to 4 people only.
NO DRINKING AND DRIVING. ANY FOUND ALCOHLIC BEVERAGES, CANS, BOTTLES, SLEEVES, ECT. IS A $100 CHARGE.
Whomever has the RZR checked out is 100% responsible for any and all damages that happen on your ride. (Please refer to waiver at the time of check out.)
There are no age requirements, however all riders must be able to sit down with their back to the seat with both feet on the floor with their hands on the overhead bar.
RZRs cannot be trailered and must be drove off and back on the property at check-in/check-out time.

Please Note

Rentals can be picked up at 10:00AM-6pm or 11am-7pm (on weekends) for ONE DAYS and OVERNIGHTS or 10am-2pm, 11am-3pm, 12pm-4pm, or 2pm-6pm for HALF DAYS.
Renters are on their own after 6pm with overnight rentals. You are responsible for returning RZR.
If you are late to your booking time/check-out we do not extend your ride time.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your ride, unless told otherwise.
If you return early from your ride we do not refund remaining time.
No shows will be charged full rate.
If you are late to your return time/check-in you will be charged a late fee per machine. (Negotiable depending on circumstances.)
Trail riding is not weather permitting, meaning if it rains you are still able to ride. If you are not comfortable with the weather, you may reschedule your ride but we do not offer refunds for weather.

These are to be followed at ALL TIMES or will result in partial or FULL loss of deposit.

YOU BREAK IT, YOU PAY FOR IT.

INSURANCE & DEPOSIT

The REQUIRED $40 insurance covers damages AFTER $1,500. Meaning; renter is 100% responsible for damages UP TO $1,500 and the remaining cost in damages is covered by insurance.
The most amount of damages renter will pay for is UP TO $1,500 UNLESS a third party must come help. Renter is then responsible for damages AND third party bill.
The deposit CAN BE put under another PRESENT person's card 21+ or older. However, please be aware that any damages made are charged to the card put on file.
ANY TIP, FLIP, ROLL OVER, RZR PUT ON SIDE IS AN AUTOMATIC LOSS OF DEPOSIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ANY damages to the belt is also considered chargeable damage- to avoid this, don't hammer down the ENTIRE time, if submerged pull over and let belt dry, or let RZR cool down occasionally.
ANY sticker damage is considered chargeable damage- avoid the trees. If you do not fit down a trail DO NOT go down it. There is designated trails for SXS, please stay on them.
ANY damages to CV shafts/ joints (boots), a-arms, tie rods, radius arms, rotors, belts, cosmetic or body damage are all considered chargeable damages.
ANY driver/passenger that IS NOT on a signed waiver is ILLEGALLY riding in RZR which WILL result in an automatic partial loss of deposit.
If you return back on the property WITHOUT helmets on it will result in an automatic partial loss of deposit. HELMETS AND SEATBELTS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
RZRs must return full. If not it is X2 the town gas price taken from deposit.
RZRs CANNOT be trailered for riding for any reason. The only reason it would ever need to be on a trailer is if being towed/undrivable. You must call us and let us know. If you return on the property with RZR or park somewhere else and load RZR, we can tell. There is trackers and it will result in automatic loss of partial deposit.
You are free to ride as far as you please but note that the farther you drive the longer the wait for a rescue if needed.

$40 REQUIRED Insurance is added to your total bill when booking (unless booking more than one) $1,500 security

deposit is REQUIRED on a MAJOR credit card at the time/date of rental.

WAIVER/CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Attached is a PDF file copy of the electronic waiver you sign at the time/date of your rental. Feel free to print it off to review and have your own copy of but it is not needed as ALL riders must sign one at the shop. For minors (17 and under) a parent or guardian MUST be present. Minors CANNOT ride with a driver under 21 years old.

CHECK OUT (WHEN YOU GET HERE)-

Security deposit is taken- This can be held up to 7 days.
Waivers are signed- ALL RIDERS/DRIVERS MUST BE PRESENT.
Safety video is watch- This is required.
Before pictures are taken of your RZR. Any prior (IF ANY) are documented. We recommend going through the RZR yourself as well to avoid any confusion or concerns when returned.
Accident waiver is signed.
Pick out your helmets if needed.
We go through the RZR with you one more time, answer any questions or concerns.
You're free to ride!

CHECK IN (WHEN YOUR RETURN)-

You will unload all of your things.
RZR is sprayed down.
RZR is taken for a test ride.
RZR is looked over and inspected.
After pictures are taken of your RZR. - HONESTY IS CHEAPER. If you had any issues during your ride PLEASE address them. Any damages not discussed will still be charged. Please refer to waiver.
You return your RZR via POLARIS ADVENTURE.

We recommend staying for inspection so you are aware of (IF ANY) damages. This is not required but highly suggested. If not; you will skip steps 2-5 and hope for the best. You will receive one curtesy call if any damages are found.
